[영어동화책] Here is the Baby

책 반납할 것이 있어서 퇴근하고 바로 도서관으로 고고! 

반납만 하고 가기가 아쉬워서 책을 둘러 보던 중 영어 그림책쪽으로 자연스럽게 갔다는... ^^;; 

오늘 읽은 책은 Here is the Baby. 

가족들이 아기를 돌보는 일상을 다정한 말로 표현해 놓은 책^^ 

몇 주째 배우고 있는 분사구문이 나와서 복습 겸 올려본다.

​Here is the baby, hungry and wet. 

, 뒤에 바로 형용사 나옴! 

​Here is the daddy, cutting slices of melon.

, 다음에 cutting - 분사구문

, cutting slices of melon -> the daddy cuts slices of melon. 

​Here's the old lady who lives in a shoe.

lady 에서 빠짐. 관계 대명사. 명사를 더 설명해 주려고 온 것임.

 Here's the old lady living in a shoe. 로 바꿀 수 있음. 

And here is the cow jumping over the moon. 

the cow가 지금 현재 하고 있는 동작이 jumping

here is the cow which jumps over the moon. 으로 바꿀 수 있음. 

Now here is that baby, wrapped tight in his blanket. 

, wrapped 분사구문 - 앞 쪽에 나온 주체가 동시에 하는 동작인데 동작을 받는것.(수동)

when that baby is wrapped tight in his blanket. 에서 바뀜. ​

Here is the soup, in a heavy red pot.

, 다음에 바로 전치사. 

이것도 분사구문.

 the soup is in a heavy red pot. 을 간단히 한 것 .

(궁금한 것) here is 라는 문장에서 주어는 무엇인가....? 

분사구문 해석할 때를 생각하면 here is 다음에 나오는 것이 주어(주체) 가 되는 것이 맞는데.. 어찌 생각을 해야할지 모르겠다. 

This is , That is, It is  도 비슷한 맥락이 아닐까 싶다.
